Mailbox: There will be District Mailboxes available at this conference for Club Presidents, District Chairmen, and Club Deans. The mailbox for District Chairmen and Club Deans will contain information from our District Dean, Judy Bender.  Clubs with fliers about future activities or other information to share can bring 30 copies and give them to the Mailbox Chairman BEFORE THE MEETING BEGINS.

Motions: If you wish to present a motion, please contact District Dean, Judy Bender (909) 797-6948, and bring three (3) copies of the motion.

Federation Fair: Clubs may rent table space at this conference for your Ways and Means. Send check for five dollars ($5.00) made payable to CFWC San Bernardino District to Claire Kidd, 12740 Garden Ave., Grand Terrace, CA 92313 Phone:(909) 783-2176.

Meal Reservations: Each club should mail the Reservation Form that is attached to the CALL to :Claire Kidd, 12740 Garden Ave., Grand Terrace, CA 92313
Cost of meal $9.00, cost of registration $2.00, total cost $11.00 per person, sent in as one club check.  Reservations must be postmarked no later than October 14, 2011.

Sign In Sheets: will be at the registration table in the clubhouse foyer. Be sure to sign in as this is our official list used by the recording secretary to record attendance. Note: District and State officers and chairmen, dub officers and members make reservations through their club or through the WeBeenThere Club.

Club Membership Chairmen: Our District Membership Chairman, Stephanie Stark, will be recognizing first time attendees. Each first time attendee will be given a small token of recognition. It is most important that you let Stephanie know how many first time attendees you will be bringing. We want to have enough recognition items. Her phone number is (909) 887-5740.

                                                            DIRECTIONS:

From the 1-10 Freeway: Take the Sierra Ave exit, EXIT 64. Go North on Sierra Ave. Take Sierra Ave North 2.3 miles. The clubhouse is on the left hand side of the street on the corner of Seville Ave and Sierra Ave.

From the High Desert 1-15 Freeway: Take the 1-15 freeway to Sierra Avenue exit, EXIT 119. Turn left onto Sierra Ave. Go 5.6 miles (cross over Foothill Blvd) Third Street on the right hand side is Seville Ave. Club house is on the right hand side of the street. Corner of Seville Ave. and Sierra Ave.

From the 1-210 Freeway: Take the CA-l-210 freeway to Sierra Ave exit, EXIT 67. Go South on Sierra Ave 2.3 miles to Seville Ave. (past Foothill Blvd) Club house is on the right had side of the street right before you get to Seville Ave.
