General Rules
1. Entries are welcome
from members of San Bernardino District.
No judge, committee members, show chairman, professional artist
or photographer shall submit an entry in the competition.
2. Exhibits must be placed between

4. Art Section entries
may not be larger than 24 x 30 inches.
5. Photography Section
entries must be matted.
Preferred size before matting is 8”x 10”, minimum size is 5” x 7”.
6. NO FRAMES.
7. Exhibitors shall
sign in at the registration desk.
Each entry must be accompanied by two 3x5 file cards with your
name and club name on one side.
On the reverse side please indicate: the Section & Category;
Novice or Advance; and the Title of the work.
ENTRIES MUST HAVE BEEN COMPLETED
SINCE THE LAST DISTRICT ART - PHOTOGRAPHY SHOW.
8. Additional entry
cards will be available at the registration desk.
The committee will place the exhibit according to the information
YOU give on the entry card.
The entries may be moved by the committee if it becomes necessary to do
so.
9. First; Second;
Third; Honorable Mention; and Participant Awards may be given in each
class within each Section.
A “Best of Show” may also be awarded.
10.
Judges may withhold
award if entry is not worthy.
11.
All persons except
Chairman, Clerks, and Judges shall be excluded from the display area
while judging is taking place.

Decisions of the
judges will be final.
13.
Entries may be
viewed during lunch break.
14.
Entries must be
picked up after the close of the afternoon session.
15.
It is understood
that your entry in the contest represents YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES
STATED ABOVE.
